Refunds and cancellation

If LumaWindow isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back, no questions asked.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email from Dodo Payments, or write to feedback@getlumawindow.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

A refunded licence key stops working.

Cancellation

LumaWindow is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel.
